A 22 Story Hires located right on the beach with views to Murrell's Inlet to the south and almost to North Carolina on the north.
Although there is an abundance of amenities through out the resort, the Renaissance Tower has it's own swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, a brand new gym, a large state of the are laundromat, a convenience store, and much more.

Renaissance Tower Amenities
From any one of my 4 condos, there is nothing obstructing your view.
On the right side from this view I have units 806 and 808 looking to the south. From the left side I have units 1707 and 1907 which tower over the 5 story building sitting next to it..

An ongoing debate within the Renaissance Tower community is "Do you like the North Side or the South Side. Depending on which unit you are staying in, you are going to either have a view of the ocean, the beach and up the coast to the north or down the coast to the south. Each side has its own benefits.
The North Side has unobstructed views of the sunrise, the Myrtle Beach Grand Stand, views almost 20 miles up the coast, views of jets coming in to land at the Myrtle Beach Airport and after around 10:30 am the sun passes over and its shady for the rest of the day. This means cooler in the summer but a bit colder in the winter.
The South Side has incredible sunsets that stretch across the whole sky, unobstructed views of the ocean and beach as far as Murrell's Inlet. , and an interesting view of Ocean Lakes Campground which is lit up like a Christmas Tree at night with all of the colored lights from the RV's. The view over the Ocean Lakes Campground also makes for good people watching- from my 19th floor condo I say it looks like an Ant Farm. I live here full time and I'm on the South Side and I love both views but I'm very happy looking over the Ant Farm!
My units 1707 and 1907 are on the 17th and 19th floor on the North Side.
My units 808 and 806 are both on the 8th floor on the South Side.
Below you will see photos I have taken of Sunrises (North Side) and Sunsets (South Side).
